Click & Steer Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

The Click & Steer Collision Damage Waiver ("CDW") is an optional protection product offered by Click & Steer for accidental damage to a vehicle booked through the Click & Steer platform.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is a damage waiver, not an insurance policy.

Daily CDW and Flat CDW are the same CDW protection, purchased using different pricing methods.

CDW may be paid in one of two ways. Both purchase the same CDW protection:

• Daily CDW — Daily CDW is charged at BBD$20 × canonical billed days.
• Flat CDW — BBD$500 once for the entire rental. No duration multiplier and no minimum-day eligibility gate. BBD$500 is a one-time CDW charge for the entire rental — not a deductible, excess, or remaining liability.

Renters may also choose No CDW.

When Daily CDW or Flat CDW is selected and paid for at checkout:

• With CDW, your liability for covered accidental vehicle damage is reduced to BBD$0, subject to the policy terms and exclusions.
• The same published exclusions apply to both payment methods.

Without CDW, you may be liable for up to BBD$2,000 for vehicle damage, subject to the rental agreement and policy.

CDW applies to accidental physical damage to the rented vehicle, including but not limited to:

• Body damage
• Scratches, dents, or collision damage
• Damage caused by impact with another vehicle or object

Coverage applies only while the vehicle is being used in accordance with the applicable rental agreement.

CDW does not apply to damage or loss resulting from:

• Dangerous or reckless driving
• Driving under the influence
• Unauthorized drivers
• Traffic violations
• Interior damage
• Tyre, wheel, glass, roof, or undercarriage damage
• Lost keys
• Theft due to negligence

In these cases, the renter may be responsible for the full cost of loss or damage.

Click & Steer acts as the payment and claims administrator for CDW.

If damage occurs:

1. The vehicle operator will assess the damage and determine any applicable repair costs.
2. Click & Steer will pay the operator directly for covered amounts, subject to the terms of this CDW and the rental agreement.
3. With CDW, your liability for covered accidental vehicle damage is reduced to BBD$0, subject to the policy terms and exclusions. Without CDW, you may be liable for up to BBD$2,000 for vehicle damage, subject to the rental agreement and policy.

Each vehicle operator maintains their own vehicle insurance and rental agreement. CDW does not replace or modify those policies.

Instead, CDW operates as a financial protection layer between the renter and the operator for covered accidental vehicle damage.

• CDW is optional unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• CDW is not insurance.
• Daily CDW and Flat CDW are the same CDW protection, purchased using different pricing methods — not different products.
• BBD$500 is the flat CDW price for the rental — not a deductible, excess, or remaining liability.
• Daily CDW is charged at BBD$20 × canonical billed days.
• CDW applies only to the specific booking for which it was purchased.
• CDW fees are non-refundable once the rental begins.

CDW is governed by the Click & Steer Terms of Service, the Security Deposit & CDW policy, and the applicable Operator rental agreement. In the event of conflict, the Security Deposit & CDW policy controls the renter liability amounts stated above.
